Hajatan Ria

Built in Indonesia

Software for the event, the café and the web.

Hajatan Ria makes small, dependable tools for community events and local businesses: selling tickets, taking orders, and building the website people find you on. They work on a phone or an iPad and keep going when the internet doesn't.

Event, POS, Web

Each one stands on its own. Together they follow a guest from finding you online to the ticket they redeem at the counter.

Event

Hajatan Tiket

Tickets for community events, from group rides to gigs.

  • Guests register and pay from their phone
  • Organisers review payment proofs in one queue
  • QR tickets arrive by email
  • Gate staff check people in by scanning, on any phone

Status: live; VODO Gear Up vol. 1 took its registrations here (see past events below).

VODO Gear Up vol. 1

A community night ride hosted by VODO Kopi, with live music back at the café. Riders registered for it on Hajatan Tiket.

How it connects

An event ticket doesn't have to end at the gate. Here is how the three work together around an event.

  1. Get found

The host's website, built by Hajatan Web, announces the event and links to tickets.

  2. Buy a ticket

A guest registers on Hajatan Tiket and gets a QR ticket by email.

  3. Check in

Gate staff scan the QR at the event. Checked-in guests qualify for perks.

  4. Redeem at the café

The cashier scans the same ticket at the POS and the event promo applies automatically.

How we build

These tools are made for one cashier, one gate and patchy signal, not a head office.

Offline first

A sale or a check-in should never wait on the network. Everything syncs deterministically once it's back.

Few taps, big targets

Cashiers and gate staff work fast. Common actions take under three taps.

Small on purpose

The simplest design that works, so a tiny team can run it and fix it.
